What Incoterms do you support?
We quote FOB, CIF and DDP as standard. Other Incoterms (EXW, FCA, DAP) are available on request.

Standard packaging: 25 kg food-grade cartons, 200 kg drums and 1,000 kg IBC totes. Private-label retail packaging available for confirmed programs.
What is the typical lead time?
From confirmed order, lead time is 3–5 weeks depending on volume and destination. Stock orders may ship faster.
Can you ship samples for QA approval?
Yes. We ship 500 g – 5 kg samples by air freight against a courier account or pre-paid sample fee, with the full COA.
